These terms govern your use of tallyhelm.com and the TallyHelm service. By using the service you agree to them. Questions go to hello@tallyhelm.com.

Early access

TallyHelm is in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We will tell early access users before any paid plan applies to them.

Your accounts

You must be authorized to connect any account, store or phone number you connect. You are responsible for the instructions and rules you give the service.

What the service does on your behalf

TallyHelm reads transaction data from the sources you connect and records it in your ledger. It does not move money, pay bills or file taxes. You remain responsible for reviewing your books and for your tax filings.

Acceptable use

Do not use TallyHelm with accounts or data you are not authorized to use, to break any platform's rules, to send unsolicited messages or calls, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Ending use

You can stop using TallyHelm and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TallyHelm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell users by email.
