Data deletion

You can disconnect TallyHelm and have your data deleted at any time.

Disconnect

• Store platforms: remove TallyHelm from your store's apps or REST API keys page.
• Stripe and PayPal: revoke TallyHelm's access in your account's connected apps settings.

Delete your data

Email privacy@tallyhelm.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your data. Export anything you need first. We delete your account, connections, ledger and uploaded documents within 30 days and confirm by email, unless the law requires us to keep a record longer.
